Today marks the start of a serious Hard Routine for two of the Forge's most dedicated. Committed to 'forging' the way for others, this is a 2-part program: First phase lasting 2 weeks and beginning today and consisting of ketogenics, intermittent fasting, 2-a-day's and the 'protocol,' followed immediately by second phase, also lasting 2 weeks and utilizing cyclic-keto and the anabolic cycling of food intake to enhance training, recovery and growth through food.
The results generated by these two individuals will be used in a case study and will be the basis of an additional program to be offered at the Forge for hard chargers, mil and LEO.
