We have Trainers here who are themselves capable of elite performance by practicing exactly what they preach. We believe that you can not take anyone anywhere you yourself have not been. Kind of like paying for the nutritional guidance of a fat nutritionist or dietician whose own body composition was far less than desirable - 'just don't make no sense'.

Our gym is NOT open to the public.

There is no drop in or "check it out" time. Everything you need to know is right in front of you. If you would like to come learn more about what we do, send us an email and make an appointment to go through your introductory session. Please do not call and ask about price. We don't compete on price; we compete on quality, skilled professional coaching and training, and most importantly, RESULTS. In the end, we DELIVER, period.

There are PLENTY of places A LOT less expensive. We firmly believe that YOU get what you pay for. If you want something for nothing, then nothing is what you will get. Happy Labor Day from the Forge

 

The Forge will NOT have a regular schedule tomorrow for the holiday. There will be an open session time when any Forge member may come and do a workout but there will be no regular training or classes. If you are wanting to come and workout together during the open session please call or text a trainer. Thanks and have a wonderful holiday weekend.

Nutrition News

Today we had the first in a series of "Learning to Fish" Nutrition classes.  Thank you to Damion for providing his indepth knowledge and guidance on this important subject.  The take-home message (or at least one of them) was hormonal (insulin) control and how to achieve this through proper nutrition.  Please submit topics of interest and questions that you would like to have addressed at the next gathering.

Good Luck to MFD's Combat Challenge Team!

Firefighters from across the country are competing in the Firefighter Combat Challenge this weekend in Lexington, KY.  The two-day competition emulates what firefighters face in real life circumstances.

Chase, Jake and Denver have all qualified!  We salute you, guys!
